Simple and Convenient Stay

neat roomfree breakfastwindow closure
My standard twin room was neat. The free breakfast had toast and jam. THE location was central though the parking was expensive.
The windows did not close properly. This made the room cold.
Service

The staff was helpful. I asked for extra towels, and they brought them quickly. The reception area had maps of the city. I found the information useful for planning my day.

filthy windowsluke warm water
The room lacked some essentials. There wasnt no remote control for the tv, and after staff tried several others, they shrugged and said they didn't know where it was. the windows were very filthy, almost like no one cleaned them this year. plus, the continental breakfast was a joke. Everything seemed to come straight from Aldi, and nothing tasted fresh. the water from thermal jug tasted luke warm.
